Well the 240 is not liking me. Got the new battery and coil in and went to start her up. Had some good cranking and then the starter started to smoke. Looks like the started toasted also. :(

So have that dropped off for a rebuild and setup for 12V. The starter was very old. The teeth on the end of it were starting to get worn out.

So by next week will have a rebuilt alt and starter. Then all new wiring, coil, and battery. I am hoping this will take care of all of the problems.
