My newly purchased H has a distillate Carburetor, small tank missing and the exhaust manifold has exhaust cement patching with nails sticking out of the patch. In terms of restoration I can go two ways. Seal off the hole in the hood and replace the manifold (do I need to replace the carb?). OR try to put it back to factory.
