Hi Steve, sitting on seat the one by you right hand controls the hydraulic oil flow to 3pt or remote hydraulic outlet if one is installed. Open position 3pt raise/lower lever controls 3pt hitch. Closed 3pt raise/lower lever will control hydraulic oil to remote outlet. Left hand is push and turn and controls the GPM of hydraulic oil flow to 3pt hydraulic. Out is 6 GPM, in is 3 GPM.
The 3444 is very similar to agricultural model 444.
