JPEG is just the extension of the image or type of image. Most or some of the computers these days are setup to hide the extensions of most or all files or pictures, if you hover your mouse (just put the cursor over the pic don't click on it) over the picture it will tell you what it is. Some pictures are .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg those are extensions. It asks you to browse to your picture to upload so make sure it's a .jpeg or .jpg and find it on your pc double click on it and you should be set.
