Well I fixed it, all I did was not push the lever all the way down into the slow drop position.

Im painting it so I have the panels off where the levers go through. The new decals I got dont say slow drop on it like the old ones did. That may confuse somone some day.

Thanks for the help guys, and the hydraulic oil is right on the full line, almost looks milky to me, Ill keep an eye on it.
