if you have good spark and good fuel, try removing the spark plugs, use a pump oil can and put 2-3 squirts of motor oil in each cylinder, crank the motor over a couple times to distribute the oil, then replace the plugs and try and start it. could be the rings are sticky and the compression is low. if it starts and runs, you could tray and add some marvel mystery oil to the gas and let it run on that for a while. wouldnt hurt to throw some marvel oil in the crankcase too, helps to clean things up.
