As for the pump, There is a seal, not gasket that will been replacing. There are many posts in the archives on how to do this.
Helps to have two people and a floor jack to remove the pump. The It service manual also shows how to make a handle to insert through the bottom of the pump to help steady it. I'll see if I cant find that diagram.
