There really is no way of knowing if it is field ready until you actually put it in the field and give it a workout, although if the tractor is as described I'd say it would be a good candidate. If the loader is a run of the mill trip bucket variety, it has very little monetary value, and really adds nothing to the value of the tractor. If the loader is a more modern version with a hydraulic bucket, then the loader could be worth more than the tractor.
As far as the asking price, if the loader fits the first description, the asking price is maybe a bit high. Make an offer of $1,000 and see where it goes.
