The answer to the first question: No. We used to work with a man who in a former career field was an engineer with Pesco. The brand I worked for had a Pesco designed pump on one tractor. As a rule of thumb good pump shops will tell you that if you need to put in more than 60% of the cost of a new new pump, your wasteing your time ebuilding it. Do you have the pump apart? How many problems have you found? How much clearance do you have between the center section and the gears? Can you purchase a new center housing, and new bushings + a seal kit.
