hough made 90% of all the tractor,s used at airport,s to push back airplanes wen the 747 came out they had a new model and i think it had 2 v8-71 gmc motors and weight about 280,000lbs it had a cab at both ends and electric motors at each wheel,with one main generator.it only stood waist hi and the cabs would raise to transport them from hanger to the ramp.they also had a IH cast emblem on the side that was 2x2 and rasied about 3 inches .a fully loaded 747 freigter weighted about 950,000 pounds,they even had chains for them ,ran one for many years.they allways had lag time from wen you steped on gas till power got to the wheel,s.
