I have removed and cleaned the outside of the air cleaner on my Farmall Cub. I want to remove the filter for cleaning or replacing. It is held in place by a metal plate with holes in it. How is the plate removed? I have cleaned and painted the oil tube which attaches to the air cleaner unit. Got a package today from YT so have a wiring harness and a spare oil filter. I ordered a manual for servicing the electrical system from www.BinderBook.com so am hopeful I can figure out the wiring.
