Finding much of anything in "kit" form for a 60-year-old tractor is a bit of wishful thinking... Carb kits, engine kits, okay, but not optional equipment.
I'm with everyone else on this one, though... Don't think there was ever an overdrive of any nature, let alone a kit, for the C/Super C tractors. The tractor already has a road gear. Granted it's only 10MPH, but for a high, narrow tractor with ~20HP, that's about all you really want anyway.
Every tractor starting in 1939 with the letter series has at least one "road gear," sometimes two, sometimes four. The F-series before that did not have a road gear, which is why you had the "Heisler Overdrive" for the F-series.
The transmission add-ons for the letter series tractors gave you four extra speeds between 4th and 5th on an M. Road gear was still road gear.
