Thats a yes no or maybe. I use an Oliver 77 to pull my NH460 MOCO and in the heavy stuff it makes the 77 bark at times. An H is around 26HP and the Oliver 77 is 38. Only way to know for sure is try it and see what happens. Oh and by the way my ford 841 has trouble pulling that NH460 but the Oliver 77 does a good job and the ford is 45HP go figure so not all HP ratings add up to the same torque power
