How does on check and change the oil level in the pto unit? There appears to be a breather on the top center and a possible drain or level plug on the right side about 3/4 of the way down the unit. Did not see a drain plug under the unit, there maybe one just did not see it.
Does the unit take Hytran oil or 80/90 gear oil?
The pto currently appears to be stuck in the "engaged" position but once I find out if the asm has any oil in it and get it changed if it does I"ll move on to that issue next.
Thanks for any advise for it is greatly appreciated.

The PTO has it's own oil supply and uses Hy-Tran fluid. Fill it through the breather until it runs out the level check plug on the side.
When switching from the band/planetary style PTO to the disk clutch type you also need to change the PTO gears in the front of the clutch housing to keep the correct speed on the output shaft.
