Sounds like someone used a "Non IH Paint" as the top coat. I for one like the regular IH #2150, Red Rouge. $30-35 per gallon from your local Case IH or CNH dealer. There are about as many tints of red out there as people who use them. Someone may have another preference but when my tractors go to a show I never hear the, "Why that color?". Good Luck and post a "finished" pic of your tractor. //FB
