I am working on a neighbors small ( 30 Hp gas burner) international tractor. The tag on the right side of cluth housing show it to be english made , with a model # A4700xxxx and no serial # stamped on this tag. By looking at pictures on this site it looks like a 1976 IH 364 posted by John in PA. We need to replace missing governor linkage and possible broken governor , but need to know what model it is to order a manual and parts. Any help solving the mystery will be appreciated.
