First I would like to Thank El Toro and Magman for their assistance on the Magneto. Quetion: I am ready to put the lower section of the steering rod back in and do not see any type of seal at the opening toward the steering wheel. should there be something there to keep the grease in and grit out? Question no two: It cranked right up when we installed the mag, however it only runs at one speed (probably about half open)no matter which direction you move the throtle lever. What needs to be done to correct this problem? Thanks Harley
