If you've got fabrication skills you can modify the mounting brackets.

From what I've been able to glean, and Jim Becker's article in the current Red Power magazine, the 3000 is a heavy-duty version of the 2000 loader that was installed primarily on Industrial or Utility tractors. More than likely yours came off something like a 2656 Industrial and will not bolt on to a Farmall 460 without heavy modifications.
