wen you put new sleeve in make sure the hole and outside of sleeve are clean then coat out-side of sleeve with green lock-tite. new sleeve should hand push in around half way,if it wont start hone the hole but go slow ,not to make it to big.wen sleeve is in place the T rail at top may be .006 above block to O deck,or flush,never below or you take a chance of it moving and if it moves it will end up in oil pan in a million pices.harvester made there gasket,s to catch three corners of the sleve.
