Thanks for all ideas and replies. Looks I have a little more detective work to do. The K code is on the axle carrier but I really did not look if it matched the other one in size and configuration. This tractor has lived a very hard life and was abused as a child I'm sure. Probably should have waited for a better one but was the last one in the 100 Farmall series I was putting together so bought it . (Actually I still need the 600 to be complete).
