howdee. sounds like the twine discs need to be tightened a bit. they may be worn. i dont know about a 430 but i ran an oliver 62 for many years with that problem. also you may have to loosen the bale tension on the side that is breaking. or the hay is getting fed to much on the side that is breaking. i always used the 9000' sisel twine in that 62. seemed to work good. better then plastic for that baler.
