Depends on the plow, and depends on the parts you need.
If you need frame parts, then a salvage yard is the answer.
If you need wear parts, it'll depend on how old the plow is. Super Chief is the newest design, and parts are still available from CaseIH. Most Plow Chief parts, the predecessor to Super Chief, are also still available from CaseIH, but they are VERY expensive. Older than that, I think the place is called Cresecent Tool & Forge, but I'd imagine parts are VERY VERY expensive from that place. They don't even list prices on their website.
