The simple answer is to take out the top link you have. Position the fork level, with the hitch about 18" or so off the ground. Measure the center to center distance needed for a new top link. Purchase a 2.5" double acting cylinder that is that long when 1/2 the way out. This will allow the fork yo tilt both up and down. Make sure the clevis n each end is compatible with the holes. JimN
