It is a fuel delivery problem. Put a can under the carb and open the drain (if it has one) or pull the line from the inlet and check the flow. It should be steady and about the size of a sucker stick. It should flow for at least a minute or two like that. There is a screen at the inlet, in the sediment bowl, and possible flakes in the tank inlet. JimN
