Yeah, new frogs are $500 each, if you can even get them. Used ones are $125 each at a scrapyard. $100 for the moldboard, $15 each for the landside, point/share, and shin, plus bolts, plus braces.... You'd spend a fortune.
Your best bet will be to find a newer 3pt hitch type IH plow for sale locally, cannibalize the bottoms off it, and sell the rest for scrap.
