Thank you all for the comments. You have given me much to think about. I am live in the midwest, so finding a proper transmission cover from a cotton picker might be tough. I am going to kick the idea of reversing an M around for a while. It just seems like it would be a useful machine as a loader. People in farm show have done it though, so I still may try it.
