You evidentally havent found the tag, so if you can find the enigne serial number, just below the #1 spark plug, then it will at least tell you the year of the engine.Casting codes, that are all over the tractor, will get you at least close enough to call it whatever year the ysay. The look like this - 12*7*K, the *s looking like screw heads. K would be 41, L - 42 and so on. Coincidentally, I have 2 consecutive M, one has a 12*7*K casting, but most are within a few days before.(Dec. 7th 1941)
