Bob: You got me stumped, I'm almost certain it's neither IH or Woods. In fact in my opinion, your mower is a 3 point hitch mower that someone has modified to work as a belly mower. I've seen that center roller on 3 point hitch mower, don't recall the make and model. It is travelling backwards compared to the 3 point hitch model I saw. It had V shape and roller behind and those gauge wheels on front.
I may be wrong on the modified assumption of your mower. The company manufacturing the 3 point hitch mower I saw, may well be selling it as a belly mower as well. I know Woods have a 3 point hitch model and the deck and some other parts are exactly the same as my belly mower. There is one about 3 miles from me.
