the one in your picture has the international/ wheatland fixed front axle. it sits back under the radiator further than the farmall front axle. the platform and fenders look to be from a farmall. the wheatland 806s had the round fenders, with a low cowl between the fenders and the steering/gauges etc pedestal. my wheatland has steps on the left front so you can get on by stepping over the cowl. my I806 also has 18.4x34 back tires and 7.50x20 front tires. my rear wheel centers look like the ones in your picture. wheatlands generally didn't have 3 point or fast hitch, just pto and remote hydraulics. as to your grille, maybe someone wanted it to look like a 1206.
