You have very little or no MCV pump pressure. Pump is behind valve on left side of TA housing, it operates steering, brakes, TA, and lube. Sorry to say that if the tractor won"t move your TA is out on the low side "Be sure the tractor is in neutral & park lock is set" What happens most often with these symptoms is that the gear on the pump has sheared the square in the pump shaft. Probably will take a new pump and the MCV should be rebuilt while it is off.
