Bill: From the factory SA were not equipped with block 354898 R1 until after serial number 310300. You don't say where you've been looking for the kit, however try using a serial number higher than 310300. If your looking to go 123 try asking for Super C, that block was also used in all Super C as a 123 cubic inch engine.

Parts suppliers should be able to sort it out with nothing more than block part number. By the way there is a 123 or 3-1/8 kit for block part number 354898 R1. You can also get 3-1/4" piston and sleeve kit for that block.
