Sorry guys if my post was misleading. All 4 glow plugs are new. They are not wired yet, and we pulled to start w/ no ether. After about 20 min. the #4 plug heated up & blew out. The #3 plug shows signs of heating. These plugs have had no ether or even been hotted up to the switch. Hence my dilema. Where is all that heat and high compression coming from w/ nothing but fuel. Again no ether on these new plugs and they have never been hooked up. PS they are the correct champion plugs.
