It does not have any caster wheels on it. I'm not sure the brand but I have seen a lot like it. I had a bunch of photos but Epson closed their web sight and I saved my photos to a memory stick and my wife "by mistake" deleted all 480 of them. It has a large pully right in the center of the deck. It has two blades that are hinged kind of like a bush hog. It does a great job of mowing, just about an inch lower on the right hand side.
