I mowed with a 2 point setup years ago. I think you are going to have to park in all on level concrete and farmroengineer the hitch with first getting the mower level and set to the correct mowing height. I think at the bottom of the stroke, the 2 point hitch is tilted down towards the back so you have to allow for that and keep the mower level. So get out the torch. I suspect because of the V shaped top bracket, you are going to have to cut the top of the risers coming up from the mower to move it down. With the mower set for level mowing at the bottom of the stroke, when you mow, you can just "set it and forget it".
