Jeef, make sure the PTO lever is properly adjusted and the mechanism is not binding. Use your favourite penetration oil on it. There are pressure adjustments on the MCV valve for the hydraulic clutch PTO but requires gauges.
Never had to replace a PTO clutch myself but it is removed through the hole in the side of the transmission case under you right foot.
