Does anyone know if the hydraulic pump used on the 301 (IH) combine engine spins at twice the crankshaft speed? I assume it does as it looks like it is a small gear driven off the larger gear of the camshaft. The reason I ask is I want to use one to run off my blower gear of my 2-71 Super M.
Does anyone know if there was just one size pump used on the 301 for all model combines? Anyone know the GPM rating? What model should I look for (I know very little about combines). Anyone want to get rid of one?
