You can call it soft. I call it better quality of life. We have built a volunteer force that people want to come work for, and want to stay with. That was done by improving the way we treat people, pay people, and appreciate people.

I don't get terrific pay, but I get enough where I can live pretty comfortably with my family. I could make more on the outside I'm sure, but I doubt I would get as much job satisfaction as I do, and that's why I'm making a full career of it.
