Unless someone knows a bunch about your meaning, and can answer you, we need more info. Steering on an A runs down th rt side and has several connections/joints. Then at the front casting, it enters the gears. The underside then has an arm comming out, going to the linkage. Go to caseih.com and go to the search for parts area. then pick begin your search for parts here. Then type in an A in the model box at the top. Then find steering. There are complete diagrams of all parts. Look up the IH part number. A dealer might have them, or a seller like Motion Industries, Chicago Rawhide, or National. JimN
