Haven't had one apart, but it's my understanding that they replaced the ball bearings on the axle with roller bearings. Is this correct? Was it just the inner bearing or did it include the outer bearing as well? Was the axle housing replaced as part of this or was the roller bearing the same dimension as the ball bearing?
Also, was replacing the carrier bearings a seperate fix in the field or done at the same time?
