Fred, see my answer to your other post, how will jacking the engine move the gear out of your way? Step back, take a breath, look from the bottom should be space to remove "gear" from front pulley. MAYBE remove pump from loader frame and pull "gear" forward, I have yet to see any accessories that require "jacking up the engine or disassembly" of the front end to replace a belt. Lots of these old tractors around that had the selling point of ease to work on, no computers, simple hydraulics, simple electricals, so the owner could repair himself and keep working.
