the 10-20 is smaller than a 15-30.next is the 22-36, which looks like the 15-30 but has a water pump, v belt, oil filter, and larger cyl. bore and rpm increase.the w-30 has basicaly same engine as 10-20.and has no side panels,has exaust pipe through the hood.not out bottom as factory ihc did on 10-20,15-30, 22-36.there is no 20-30.there worth what you want to pay, there is no set price in this stuff.
