I can't see what you are working with, BUT, I worked on an old IH sickle mower, for an A Farmall and rebuilt it. I am pretty sure I know what you are up against. Try turning the cheater bar THE OTHER WAY. Mine had left handed threads, so that when it was turning, the pulley would not work loose. Once we found out how it came apart, we heated the others a little and put a little penetrating oil on them, and they came right apart.
