Sounds like you want to do a quicky paint job. In that case, use oven cleaner, let it set a while, pressure wash, preferably with hot water. repeat several times, some will have to be scraped or wire brushed. Followed by multiple applications of wax and grease remover. Use IH 2150 from your Case-IH dealer. If you want a lasting, more professional job, ask on the paint and bodywork forum on this site, as a good job is far more complicated and expensive.
