Look at those tires. The studs are down in the grooves! Regular studded tires have holes in the gripping cleats that the studs are drilled into. Looks like a whacky la la land deal to me. I run 4 mud tires with studs on a Geo Tracker 4WD 16V wagon, and it will go ANYWHERE in snow or ice. On the way back from town today, the Sherrif was in the ditch in a Tahoe. Three vehicles stuck on the road trying to get by, I went down in the ditch, around them all and waved goodbye. Pulled two Tahos, deer hunters, out of the snow on my property this year. Two similar tires on a V-6 2wd 150 Ford shortbed and with weight it does as well as 4wd. Then the Ram 2500 4wd CTD can sit inside all winter.
