300 ult cluch

i am working on international 300 utility and it does run and it is a good tractor but it grinds when you put it into gear and then it starts to rool foward while the cluch is still pushed in
i know we need a new cluch but can u replace the cluch without splitting the tractor iff so how if not does anybody know about how much it will cost thanks so much
