Well that information helps. I bet it is not that stuck. Stop by a farm store and pick up a gallon of Marvel Mystery Oil. Pull the plugs and fill the cylinders up. Stick the plugs back in and let her sit at least a week before you try rocking the wheel again. Remove the plugs before you try rocking. Patience is real important so you don't go breaking a rod. Hollar back in a week with a progress report. Good luck!
