Karl: My book shows the same part number. Even though that part has been welded, if welded wrong it wouldn't bolt up to plow.
Is there adjustment in the steering linkage to rear wheel. I do remember having to play with that steering linkage on my new semi mount to get it to plow right and pull easy. I didn't do it myself, but the operator told me he just followed the instruction in manual.
I can tell you tractor wheel tread setting is quite important with those semi-mounted plows. I think you'd have to be looking at close to 68" to 72" for 3x18 plow.
