mike on the side of the tractor just forward of the clutch pedal, there should be a pipe plug. if you unscrew the plug oil should be at that level with the tractor parked on flat ground. looking at your pics on the previous post, looks like its along the clutch rod. if you want to check for water, there should be one drain plug at the very rear, low under the pto shaft, and one underneath the tractor a little ways forward of the rear drain. loosen em, but dont take em all the way out, turn em out just enough so they drip, if there is water in there, that the first that will come out. if nothing comes out, prolly has goop plugging the hole.
