Ummmm, lets see, I have used carb cleaner, coleman fuel, Dawn dish soap and have all worked resonably well. with the carb cleaner or coleman fuel, I lay a thick rag down on the stain after most of it is wiped up and pour the fuel on the rag till soaked. pat the rag down for good contact with the cement and then leave it to dry undisturbed. It pulls the oil up and out of the cement into the rag! pretty slick!
