Those C-R machines used to be quite common here (western NY) - they were the basis for string bean pickers. They did not have 3 pt hitches - I don't recall whether they had a PTO.
There's several still kicking around here in western NY. A couple continue earning their keep as a spray rigs. Another turns up occasionally some of the local shows every summer.

Don't know what the "correct" paint is for the C-R equipment. But to my eye it looks about the same as the yellow-green Euclid used on their earthmoving equiment of the that era.
